Dairy Sustainability Assessment tool
The webinar on the DSAT tool was held on 2 Decembers 2021 and was attended by 71 participants. The DSAT tool has three steps: a) identify the main threats to sustainability, b) score the current performance and c) generate further discussion on pathways and actions towards increasing sustainability.
The tool is designed to be used with a group of stakeholders who jointly agree on the main threats and boundaries, then select and score the priority indicators and aspects. The scores are visualised in a spider web showing the collective ideas of performance on priorities.
During this morning webinar, NEADAP partner WUR Livestock Research shared lessons from a test run with the tool in Uganda.
