Food and Nutrition Security Stakeholder Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Policy Input
Food and Nutrition Security is a key domain in Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation policy. On 5 April NFP hosted a consultation meeting, in which Dutch and international food and nutrition actors and professionals provided their input and ideas, for the Dutch Government's new policy on Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.
The meeting was attended by 35 stakeholders from across the private sector, civil society, research institutes, international development organisations and others.
Many thanks to all those who participated in the meeting and for sharing your valuable insights, experiences and recommendations for the policy.
The collective inputs were compiled in a document, which provides synthesised input from a food and nutrition security perspective, with a view to contributing to the online consultation hosted by Minister Liesje Schreinemacher. The report was subsequently submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FT&DC) on 14 April and is available to download below.
