Meeting report: the importance of informal markets for food systems
This meeting was held 15 nov with 40 participants in person and online. It acknowledged the importance of informal market actors for the provision of food, especially for the low income consumers. Two video introductions kickstarted discussions. Two main questions were discussed: What fundamental changes in policies and practices are needed? What priority follow-up is required? What is the future agenda for research and action?
